Fresh, succulent lemon blossom, juicy fruit gum, and light wood essence. Its flavors are of lime and yellow grapefruit with crisp acidity. Light minerality on the finish that ends quite dry.  Great as an aperitif before a meal, or pair with fresh oysters, fresh crab, Hamachi Crudo, salads with vinegar dressings, scallops with citrus cream sauces.

This cuvée always feels like sunshine in a bottle. On the nose are the welcomed tropical tones of banana, pineapple, and upsidedown citrus cake. On the palate the acid is bright, integrated and balances the gentle touch of oak nicely. There are lifted floral notes of dandelion and sunflowers that feel like a spring bloom. For food pairings I would suggest something spicy to compliment the bright and tropical profile, perhaps fish tacos or chicken enchiladas.

Immediately upon opening 2019 Santa Cruz Mountains Merlot the wine is black bramble, cedar, tobacco wrapper, and an almost enveloping sense of depth. Upfront the fruit profile is dark and almost brooding, but as the wine evolves over your palate the fruit turns brighter; think pomegranate, currant, and alpine blueberries. The juxtaposition is engaging and brings life to the end palate in the form of bright acidity and a gripping mouthfeel that lingers long after the wine has passed. For food pairings consider something high in both protein and fat; you can go classic with a grilled or roasted cut of beef, or spice things up with yakitori. Drink now – 2030.

The 2019 Santa Cruz Mountains Muns Vineyard Pinot Noir is a lovely cherry fruit forward wine with a backbone of the herbal qualities we love from the Santa Cruz Mountains. The wine exhibits a delicate matrix of these accessory aromas such as lavender, sage, and thyme. On the palate, the structure is lean and graphite-like, lending to a profile that evolves nicely over a dinner. The tannins are still apparent in their youth and provide a texture that begs for fatty foods. For food pairings I would consider duck breast or a pork sirloin steak with a thick and scored fat trim.

The 2021 Rosé from Integrity is pale apricot in color with a delicate nose of pollen, desiccated apricots, and white raspberries. On the palate there is a slight texture in the form of grippy Himalayan sea salt that carries along notes of quince and caramel to the finish. Structurally, the wine has a bright upfront silky acidity that softens with time in bottle and glass – the acidity fades to the light caramel notes in a linear manner. For food pairings I might consider something adjacent to grilled scallops and peaches, but I also think this would pair extremely well with lightly spicy street food such as Elotes or tacos. Drink now – 2023/4.

Right off the pop the wine throws vibrant tones of alpine blueberries, cigar humidor, and cracked pink peppercorns. From a structural perspective, the wine has a very delicate structure creating a Zinfandel that is more about finesse than sheer volume. As the wine continues to open, the bouquet begins to throw notes of wilting violets and rose petals.

Very light straw in color with a hint of electric lime green. The wine expresses white nectarine pits and flesh, fresh cut alfalfa and baby powder. Palate is golden apple flesh and green apple skin upfront and transitions to mid palate lychee, and finishes with shortbread cookie. As the wine opens you start to smell a very faint saffron quality on the nose that sits alongside the previous notes. - Caileen
